The practice was founded by Lolade Ogbuagu, Esq. a dual-licensed attorney in New York and Nigeria, an immigrant who brings a deep understanding of the challenges clients face, and the power of informed compassionate representation.

Lolade has extensive experience in immigration law, trusts and estates, real estate, foreclosure defense and corporate advisory, Lolade combines global legal training with a heart for service. Lolade holds an L.L.M. in Law and Sustainable Development from the University of Aberdeen, a Law Degree from the University of Leeds and a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Lagos. Her diverse background shapes a global, client-centered approach across her core practice areas.
